I'm Raisa

I spent over 15 years in the corporate world—12 of those in international banking—leading learning and development and shaping people strategies. A scientist by education, I’ve always been in love with technology, and today my greatest passion lies at the intersection of AI and people.

As the founder of an AI startup, I bring hands-on experience in building and applying technology, while my background in HR gives me a deep understanding of organizations, teams, and the human challenges of transformation.

I speak both “tech” and “people,” and my mission is to help individuals and companies harness AI not just as a tool, but as a force to empower, upskill, and unlock human potential.

I'm Prof. Branko Urosevic

I have a background in physics and finance, with PhDs from Brown University and UC Berkeley. I lead the Master in Computational Finance program in Belgrade and have designed similar programs internationally. I’ve worked as a consultant at McKinsey and KPMG, advised central banks, and co-founded technology startups in Serbia and the US.

My passion is integrated education—where deep domain knowledge meets modern technology and AI. I strongly believe that sustainable progress comes from combining strong theoretical foundations with hands-on, real-world applications, especially in highly regulated and data-intensive industries. My focus is on helping organizations and professionals build capabilities that remain relevant in an AI-driven world.
